I know, you all must be extra cautious about your skin and would be applying myriads of tricks to keep it cool and fresh. That’s good. In fact, very good. However, what about your hair? How are they feeling these days? Don’t tell me that you completely ignored your hair. Poor hair.
Please, please don’t pour our full attention only on your face or skin. Give sometime to your hair too.

This is the reason of my today’s blog. Today, I have brought you something for your hair, which should be as beautiful as your skin, but are not like the same. If you are tired of collecting your broken hair from your comb, then I think these easy and natural remedies are going to help you a lot.

Tip No. 1: Try Natural Hair Oils
This one is the best-prevailed method that has been in existence from ancient times. There are number of hair oils one can select from depending upon the fact that what suits over one person. Hence, I will give a simple application of a few:
Coconut Oil: This one I guess is the first oil, which can pop up in anybody’s mind. That is why; I want to start with some of basic applications. For this, you need just coconut oil.
Then, apply it softly to the scalp. Mind it that you need to use soft hands while rubbing it on your scalp, so that the roots do not get weakened.
Continue massaging for at least 10 minutes, so that, it can properly penetrate inside your head. This process also gives relax to your mind and throws out the stress out of it. Moreover, you can also put oil on the hair strands, especially if they are too rough.
Leave oiled hair for at least 2 hours for better results or overnight for the best results and then use a mild shampoo and conditioner, in order to retain the moisture in the hair scalp as well as strands.
You need to follow this process for minimum 2 days in a week.
Amla oil: Amla is also a rich source of vitamin that directly enriches the roots of hair and prevents it from falling off. Hence, if you regularly apply good quality of amla oil product then, definitely you can get rid from the hair fall problem.
Amla oil basically works as natural conditioner, which you can apply after washing your hair by shampoo. For this, when you have properly washed your hair by shampoo; then apply amla oil from roots to tip over completely dried hair. Wait for at least 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. It will prevent hair from getting rough and brings shine into it.
There is another interesting tip that I found out somewhere in the web, which states the combined application of coconut oil, with amla oil can work wonder. Blend these both oils in equivalent manner along with lemon juice and apply it for at least 2 hours or overnight. In the morning, wash your hair with light shampoo and see the magic.
This will prevent dandruff from coming in and retain the internal strength of your hair.
Tip No. 2: Try juices
Juices are not only healthy for body, but also work to mend your relationship with your hair. All I mean that if you apply onion juice, garlic juice or ginger juice on your hair for overnight; it can solve various problems.
However, do not try to mix them all. Just select anyone of it and use on your hair. After just a few applications, see the magic. Go for this method for at least one time in a week, not more than this.
It may not suit your tongue and taste, but your hair is surely going to love it.
Tip No. 3: Take Head Massage:
Scientists too have proven that head massage can get you rid of many problems, including stress, insomnia, which ultimately results into hair fall prevention.
Hence, while you massage your scalp for a few minutes daily; it will vitalize the blood circulation and thus give you relief from stress, headache and many other problems.
You can also use a few drops of lavender oil or mustard oil as the massaging agent and then massage.
Tip No. 4: Meditate Regularly
Meditation is cure for many problems and hair fall is one of all. As many of us are aware of the fact that the problem of hair fall mainly occurs due to stress and insomnia and when you practice meditation early in the morning, you can stay away from these both problems.
Eventually, by practicing it some or the other way, you are preventing the problem of hair fall to come. Moreover, meditation also makes our life happy and blissful. Hence, do take out the time for this and remove many other imperative problems along with your hair care.
Tip No. 5: Intake antioxidants
Last and final tip of today’s blog goes to the addition of consumption of antioxidant doses. It not only prevents hair fall, but also helps it in growing faster and stronger. Moreover, you can also use any recipe for external use that contains antioxidants in it. For instance,
Take two bags of green tea; put it into one cup of warm water and let it mix with the water. As soon as your tea water prepares, rinse your hair with it. Apply this method preferably, after you have washed your hair with shampoo and use it like conditioner. It will enhance the shine as well as help it in growing faster and voluminous.
